The first volume of the historical-philosophical work by Saparmurat Niyazov "Ruhnama" is now available to the readers in Latvia, the State news agency (TDH) reports.

According to the agency, the well-known in Turkmenistan company "Emerol" sponsored the translation into Latvian and publication of the book.

The publication of this book in Riga has become the most significant event in the latest history of cultural cooperation between Turkmenistan and Lativa, the TDH says.

Let us recall that the work by the Turkmen leader was translated into almost twenty languages of the world.
