President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov severely reprimanded Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic Isgender Mulikov "for poor management of internal affairs bodies, lack of proper management of recruitment, as well as the low level of fulfilling the instructions."
